Kelsy Traeger, Curator for the Museums of Oglebay Institute will discuss the Ellen Dunable Postcard Collection. This large 40-binder collection includes postcards on a variety of Wheeling and Wheeling area subjects and is a valuable resource for researchers interested in our region.

Erin Rothenbuehler and Sean Duffy, Archives Coordinators at the Ohio County Public Library, will then discuss Real Photo Postcards (RPPCs) and highlight some of the library’s postcard collection. The presentations will be followed by a postcard swap! You are invited to bring your duplicate Wheeling and Wheeling-Area postcards to trade with other collectors. Fill in the gaps in your postcard collection the old-fashioned way!
